Position Overview Zones is seeking a Senior Copywriter & Content Strategist to lead the development, execution, and governance of digital content across our website and marketing channels. This role combines senior‑level copywriting, content strategy, and website content management, and plays a critical role in how Zones communicates its value proposition to customers, partners, and the market.

What You Will Do as the Senior Copywriter & Content Strategist

Lead the creation and evolution of written content across websites, campaigns, emails, landing pages, social media, paid placements, and corporate marketing materials.

Write, edit, and proofread high‑impact copy that translates complex IT solutions into clear, persuasive, and customer‑centric messaging.

Ensure all content aligns with Zones’ brand voice, tone, messaging framework, and AP style guidelines.

Concept and develop content supporting brand awareness, demand generation, partner initiatives, and sales enablement.

Conduct research and collaborate with internal subject matter experts to understand solutions, services, customer needs, and market trends.

Maintain and enhance content standards, editorial playbooks, and messaging consistency across teams.

Act as a senior editorial reviewer to ensure quality and cohesion across externally facing content.

Website Content Management & Digital Experience

Own website content planning, publishing, governance, and day‑to‑day updates across CMS and headless CMS platforms.

Partner with Creative and Web teams to deliver engaging and intuitive digital experiences aligned to the customer journey.

Ensure content supports usability, accessibility, and digital storytelling best practices.

Coordinate content needs across campaigns, partner initiatives, and solution launches.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Execution

Collaborate closely with Sales to support solution positioning, customer conversations, and account‑based initiatives.

Partner with Integrated Marketing, Creative, Partner Marketing, Program Marketing, and E‑commerce teams to align messaging and content priorities.

Manage content calendars and workflows to ensure timely delivery of multiple initiatives.

Serve as a trusted content advisor to internal stakeholders.

What You Will Bring To The Team

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).

5-8 years of experience in B2B copywriting, content strategy, and website content management (technology or IT services preferred).

Proven ability to create compelling content for complex solutions and diverse audiences.

Experience managing enterprise websites using CMS or headless CMS platforms.

Exceptional editorial judgment and attention to detail.

Ability to adapt writing style across tones, formats, and channels.

Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Proven success collaborating with Sales and cross‑functional marketing teams.

Ability to work independently with ownership over end‑to‑end content execution.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in IT solutions, cloud, security, or managed services marketing.

Background supporting integrated or account‑based marketing programs.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Qualified candidates can expect a salary of $110,000-$119,00
