About the Role:
As a
Creative Strategist (Paid Social) , you’ll join our Growth Marketing team and drive the creative production for our paid social campaigns. You’ll report directly to the CEO and own the end-to-end creative testing engine, from research and messaging frameworks to briefs, scripts, conversion rate optimization ideas, and ongoing iteration, helping us scale spend profitably.
Simply put, your job is to grow our ad account from $1m/mo to $3m/mo+ by consistently developing winning ad concepts that drive performance.
This role requires someone who can balance creative vision with data-driven performance, and who can both write scroll-stopping scripts as well as roll up their sleeves to create the creative pipeline to bring concepts to life.
As the second marketing hire for a brand doing $1M/mo, this is a high-impact role with huge room for growth. As BePresent grows, so does your scope and influence.
You will…
Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies for paid social campaigns across all product launches and growth initiatives
Manage end-to-end creative workflows, including concepting, scripting, briefing creators/editors, and reviewing footage for final approval
Write high-performing ad copy including primary text, headlines, hooks, and on-screen text that aligns with strategic goals and testing frameworks
Lead research and insights by mining customer reviews, competitor ads libraries, audience pain points, and product differentiators to identify winning ad angles
Own creative testing strategy by building and managing structured testing roadmaps with clear hypotheses, variables to test, iteration plans, and learning agendas
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of diverse creative aligned with Meta and TikTok best practices and platform requirements
Collaborate with Media Buyers to strategize experiments, analyze performance data, and optimize creative approaches based on insights
Manage creator relationships by sourcing, coordinating, and guiding content creators to produce on-brief, performance-oriented content that aligns with testing objectives
✅ What We’re Looking For:
3+ years in creative strategy/performance marketing for paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc), preferably in consumer
Excellent copywriting skills across multiple formats including hooks, scripts, and ad copy with proven ability to write persuasive, conversion-focused content
Proven track record of creating ads that convert on Meta (required) and TikTok/YouTube Shorts (preferred)
Strong grasp of creative testing methodology including hypothesis development, structured testing frameworks, iteration velocity, and performance analysis
Experience conducting audience research and translating insights into actionable creative strategies
Data-fluent approach with comfort using performance metrics (CTRs, CPA, ROAS, etc) to make decisions and guide priorities
Deep understanding of customer psychology, marketing funnels, and storytelling principles that drive direct response performance
Strong project management skills with ability to work cross functionally with creators, editors, and performance marketers, providing clear, actionable creative direction
Experience and curiosity in implementing AI tools in your creative workflows
