Senior Executive Assistant — Board & Investor Relations
The Senior Executive Assistant — Board & Investor Relations serves as a trusted partner to the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer, SVP of Finance & Investor Relations and SVP, Operations and Intelligence with a specialized focus on Board of Directors liaison and Investor Relations coordination aligned to these executives. This role is much more than scheduling and logistics — it's about being the person your executives and board members rely on to keep things moving, anticipate what's coming, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
The Senior Executive Assistant must be creative and thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial, technology environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community oriented. Based in our Austin office, this role sits at the center of a vibrant, energetic environment where being present and connected is a meaningful part of how great work gets done. Travel is not a regular requirement of this role but may occasionally be needed to support executive meetings, off‑sites, board‑related activities, or other business needs.

Serve as a high‑level gatekeeper and partner to the CFO/COO and SVPs, managing complex global calendars and anticipating executive needs before they arise.
Lead end‑to‑end logistics for Board and committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and the secure distribution of materials.
Coordinate earnings cycles, investor roadshows, and outreach, ensuring all investor‑facing materials are polished and delivered on time.
Architect complex domestic and international itineraries via Navan and oversee meticulous expense reconciliation and budget tracking.
