Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role as a DTC Sales Manager at Hawkins Cellars.
As a DTC Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the direct‑to‑consumer sales and marketing teams, managing our wine club, and driving revenue growth through multiple direct‑to‑consumer channels.
As a small winery, applicants should expect to wear multiple hats and contribute to success at every level of the customer experience.
While most of the day‑to‑day responsibilities will be focused on managing wine club and on‑site hospitality, the candidate will also be responsible for managing budgets and expenses, assisting with marketing and promotion, and generating ideas for future growth.
Qualifications
Two years prior experience in managing a winery, DTC sales team, wine club, or a related hospitality field
Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and increasing revenue through multiple channels
Prior experience in building a client base through direct marketing and CRM sales funnels
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
Experience with winery POS software such as Orderport (preferred)
Compensation Compensation is salaried with benefits, plus tips and a generous commission and bonus schedule.
