Job Description

The MIT training program is a six‑month, full‑time, fully compensated position. You will work primarily at one of our best‑in‑class properties and be mentored by the current Property Manager at that location. Throughout the program you will learn the duties of the Property Manager role through hands‑on training and classroom‑style instruction. Upon completion, you will graduate and assume your first promotion as a Property Manager. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing or a related field. Ability to relocate. Excellent customer service and leadership skills. Strong time‑management, multi‑tasking and organizational abilities. Good supervisory and problem‑solving skills. Excellent understanding of accounting practices and procedures. Previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Equal Opportunity
