About This Opportunity: Ark Resource Group is assisting a mission-driven nonprofit organization in identifying a
Campaign Fundraising Director
to lead high-impact fundraising initiatives across South Florida.
This role is ideal for a
well-connected, strategic fundraising professional
who thrives on building relationships with corporate partners, philanthropists, and community leaders—and is passionate about making a real difference in the fight against blood cancer.
You won’t just be managing campaigns—you’ll be
driving revenue growth, leading teams, and creating meaningful community impact.
Requirements What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Lead and execute peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns (Light The Night)
Drive revenue growth by securing corporate sponsorships and major gifts
Identify and cultivate high-value donors and community partners
Relationship Development
Build strong relationships with local business leaders, sponsors, and philanthropists
Represent the organization at networking events, community functions, and donor meetings
Expand presence across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach markets
Manage and mentor Campaign Development staff
Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders and committees
Create a high-performance, goal-oriented team culture
Develop and execute annual fundraising plans
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to exceed goals
Collaborate with internal teams to align mission messaging and outreach
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
7+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or nonprofit leadership
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
Strong network in South Florida (corporate or community connections highly preferred)
Experience leading teams and managing high-level relationships
Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable in a performance-based environment
Work Environment & Expectations:
Hybrid role with local travel (up to 30%)
Must be available for occasional evenings and events
High visibility role within the South Florida community
Compensation:
