About the Role
100% remote, work-from-home position handling health insurance programs at a Midwest based insurance agency. Experienced Human Resources professionals with benefits administration as well as individuals already working in the insurance industry will be considered.
Duties & Responsibilities
Have strategic conversations with clients (typically in the 100-500 lives range) about new ideas for their insurance programs, both throughout the year and in preparation for renewal
Handle service issues as they arise in tandem with Account Associates
Partner with producers to strengthen stewardship in new client meetings and for existing clients
Coordinate service delivery in partnership with wellness, HR, compliance, marketing, and claims
Take responsibility for available technology platforms for integration, enrollments, and communication
Skills & Experience
At least three (3) years of experience in a similar client service role
Ability to handle a variety of service initiatives like benefit guides, communication, implementation, RFPs, and spreadsheets
Active state insurance license
