Manage and lead the service department to achieve financial and operational goals. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Oversee service staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling. Ensure all service activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies to improve service department performance. Collaborate with other departments to optimize dealership operations and customer experience. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Requirements
Proven experience as a Service Director or similar leadership role in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of service operations, automotive repair, and customer service excellence. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions. Proficient in dealership management systems and software. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Benefits
