Responsibilities

Manage multiple tax engagements and client relationships

Provide corporate tax planning and compliance support

Review tax returns and lead ASC 740 provisions

Mentor and guide team members

Support business development initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Accounting

Active CPA or JD (required)

5–7+ years of tax experience (public accounting preferred)

Experience with corporate tax and ASC 740

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
