Constant Contact is seeking a data‑driven and innovative
Senior Marketing Manager - Growth Lifecycle Marketing . In this role, you will be responsible for building sophisticated, automated workflows and leveraging
AI‑powered personalization
to deliver the right message at the right time. A core focus of this role will be the rapid testing of new product offerings and revenue streams through quick‑strike experimentation prior to full‑scale rollout. This is a pivotal role for an expert tactician who loves to experiment, scale what works, and integrate cutting‑edge marketing technology.
What You’ll Do:
Strategy & Execution:
Lead the development and tactical execution of multi‑channel lifecycle journeys (Email, SMS, In‑App, and Push) to drive trial conversions and reduce churn.
Rapid Experimentation:
Design and execute "quick‑start" experiments to validate new offerings, pricing models, and features;
analyze initial performance to determine viability
prior to resource‑heavy scaling.
AI & Automation:
Implement
AI‑driven creative development, segmentation
and
predictive modeling
to anticipate customer needs and automate hyper‑personalized content delivery.
Testing & Optimization:
Manage a rigorous A/B and multivariate testing roadmap, utilizing
AI optimization tools
to enhance subject lines, send‑time frequencies, and creative performance.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Product and Data Science teams to integrate
machine learning insights
into the marketing stack, ensuring a seamless user experience. Provide system requirements to partner teams on system enablement.
Performance Tracking:
Own the reporting for key lifecycle KPIs (LTV, CAC, Retention), using data visualization tools to provide actionable insights to leadership.
Content Innovation:
Leverage
Generative AI
and
Prompt Engineering
to scale content production and experiment with dynamic messaging across different customer cohorts.
Who You Are:
Experience:
7+ years of experience in growth or lifecycle marketing, with a focus on SaaS or subscription‑based models.
AI Proficiency:
Hands‑on experience with
AI marketing tools
(e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or native AI features within ESPs) and a strong understanding of how
Predictive Analytics
informs lifecycle stages.
Tech Stack:
Mastery of marketing automation platforms like
Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud .
Analytical Mindset:
High proficiency in SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) to analyze complex datasets and customer behavior.
Experimentation:
Proven track record of running sophisticated experimentation frameworks beyond simple A/B testing.
Communication:
Ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear business impact for stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on‑target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
