Overview Lead a senior Marketing Technology team delivering enterprise?scale, data?driven, omnichannel campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Responsibilities
Manage experienced marketing automation or platform engineers
Own Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) tech strategy, integrations, data activation
Drive large?scale Email Service Provider (ESP) migrations & omnichannel initiatives
Experience with data extensions, journeys, automation, and channel orchestration
Guide architectural and platform decisions - not just oversee execution
Qualifications
5+ years Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience & 3+ years people leadership
Expert SQL and data modeling skills
Experience with enterprise integrations and automation frameworks
Preferred
Hands?on experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP), preferably Twilio Segment, to unify customer data across sources and activate it for personalized, data?driven, and omnichannel marketing journeys at scale.
Experience with Advanced Mobile & Emerging Messaging Channels, delivering and orchestrating campaigns across SMS, push notifications, RCS, in?app messaging
Business chat apps, cross?channel coordination rather than siloed
Financial Services or Regulated Enterprise Background, balancing speed, data integrity, governance, and risk, while supporting consumer marketing platforms.
