The role
You’ll handle a broad mix of commercial real estate transactions including:
Acquisitions & dispositions
Leasing

Compensation
Base starting around $220,000 (commensurate; higher for more seasoned candidates) up to $260k depending on experience
Competitive with larger firms (within close range, depending on level)
Must-haves
Texas Bar
3+ years post-bar with demonstrable commercial real estate transactional experience
Houston-based (local presence required; not a national/remote search)
Hybrid: 1–2 days/week in office (Houston)
