Role Description This is a full-time Relationship Management Associate role based in West Palm Beach, FL, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing some remote work. Responsibilities include managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing client inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting strategic initiatives. The role also involves analyzing client data, preparing status reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Business Relationship Management and Relationship Building skills
Proficient Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret client data
Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and internal teams
Exceptional Customer Service abilities to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction
Ability to work well in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote responsibilities
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems and other business technologies
Demonstrated comfort leveraging technology, data, and tools to drive productivity and insights
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Pursuit of MBA and/or CFA is desirable
2-5 years of financial in an institutional asset management or finance client relations role or equivalent experience. Experience with an investment management firm is preferred
