Our client, a Series B Health-Tech Startup here in NYC is searching for a Founding Solutions Engineer to join them, working directly with their CEO & VP of Solutions on top customer projects! This is a one-of-a-kind opening for a bright and motivated engineer looking to be truly creative and innovative. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background and the ability to speak to customers about custom development work and integrations!
We are looking for candidates of all levels to apply - if you are an extremely bright software engineer looking to get into a solutions role with customer facing responsibilities, we would love to hear from you! Or, if you are a senior Solutions Architect with years of valuable experience and customer focused development - we would love to speak to you too!
This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week, near Bryant Park. Please take this into consideration when applying!
Qualifications
Strong background in Software Engineering, technical product management, or Pre-sales, with the ability to liaise between developers and non-technical customers
Excellent consulting skills - must be able to work collaboratively with customers to understand their needs and craft custom solutions
Must possess an opportunistic mindset - many projects you work on will rely on you to scope, discover and create solutions!
Must be curious, creative, AI forward, and driven to help build a startup
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CEO & sales team to identify client requirements and propose suitable solutions, with a can-do and creative attitude
Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and POC’s to prospective clients
Develop customized solutions using a deep understanding of company products and services
Act as a trusted advisor and technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, constantly iterating and finding the best possible solutions
Find ways to integrate AI into solutions, thinking creatively
