
Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-driven Marketing Support Specialist to be the engine behind our lead response, CRM accuracy, and campaign execution.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Design to make sure every lead, promotion, and customer interaction is handled with speed and precision.
What You’ll Do
Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads (web, email, phone)
Qualify and route leads through Salesforce with fast, professional follow-up
Keep contact and account data clean, organized, and up to date
Promotions & Campaign Coordination
Schedule promotional email and SMS campaigns
Maintain a live promotions calendar
Submit design requests and update website promo pages
Add new products to Salesforce and attach marketing assets
Organize vendor specs and product documentation
Coordinate digital gift cards, thank-you packages, and follow-ups
Track all marketing activities in the Task Tracker
What You Bring
1–3+ years in marketing support, sales ops, or coordination roles
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM)
Comfort with email/SMS marketing tools
Strong writing skills, follow‑through, and attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Experience in hospitality, multifamily, or distribution
Familiarity with Pardot or basic HTML/email editing
Stable, well‑established company with a strong reputation
Small, collaborative team (no red‑tape maze)
Clear systems + real opportunity to grow
Direct impact on customer experience and sales success
