Associate Producer, B/R Live

Your New Role... Bleacher Report is looking for a highly creative, driven Associate Producer to join the ‘Hero’ team, a premium content group responsible for producing live and post‑produced storytelling around the biggest moments and top athletes in sports.

This role is built for someone who doesn’t just execute, but takes ownership. You’ll be a key player in bringing high‑impact productions to life, from live studio shows around tentpole events like the NBA and NFL Draft to original shoots featuring top‑tier athletes and talent – with an emphasis on YouTube content creation.

You’ll work across the full production by developing ideas, building rundowns, collaborating directly with talent, and shaping the final story in post. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments, has strong creative instincts, and is ready to step in and lead when needed.

Role Accountabilities...

Own production workflows

across live and produced content, from ideation through final delivery

Build and execute

run‑of‑shows

for daily live productions across the B/R App and YouTube

Partner directly with on‑air talent, athletes, and creators , helping them prepare, and deliver compelling content

Support coordination across internal teams (production, social, design, editorial) and external partners throughout all phases of production

Support

pre‑production planning

for shoots, including creative development, logistics, and talent prep

Work with editors and producers in post‑production:

shape story, review cuts, and elevate creative execution

across both long‑form and short‑form content

Qualifications & Experience...

2–4 years of experience in digital, studio, or live event production

Experience across both studio and field production environments

Strong knowledge and passion for sports

Strong understanding of post‑production workflows and storytelling

A proactive self‑starter who can

anticipate needs and lead without being asked

Comfortable working directly with

high‑profile talent and athletes

Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to

manage multiple projects simultaneously

Calm under pressure and energized by

live events and fast turnarounds

A collaborative teammate who communicates clearly and thrives in a team environment

Fundamental knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $52,500.00 - $97,500.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
