Attention to detail, impeccable communication skills, swift critical thinking, ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously, and ability to learn about and discuss technical product offerings are vital to success in this role.## Key Responsibilities* Prospect and qualify leads via phone and email (45–55 calls/day).* Log and manage leads, activities, and pipeline in Salesforce and coordinate with regional sales teams.* Apply product/technical knowledge to demonstrate value and answer technical questions for 10–15 unique product solutions.* Use consultative selling and active listening to uncover customer needs and map solutions.* Document key conversations with prospects in Salesforce and manage a queue of new and follow-up calls.* Manage a pipeline of 150+ early-stage opportunities and pass 10+ fully qualified leads to the Americas sales team each month.* Produce and maintain accurate reports and metrics to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals.* Support sales administration and campaign execution.## Technical Skills & Experience* Strong detail orientation, critical thinking, and ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously in fast-paced, dynamic environment.* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly, including 2+ years’ experience working with clients and prospects on telephone.* Proven ability to learn and clearly explain technical product features and benefits (10-15 unique products and services).* Strong active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems.* Disciplined, goal-oriented mindset and coachable attitude.* Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM).* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel; Access a plus).* Familiarity with library technology and products a plus; prior experience with SaaS or technical products preferred.* Bachelor’s degree (business preferred).Send your resume to our Talent Acquisition Team for future opportunities!# **Who we are:**We are a non-profit global technology company that develops innovative services for libraries.
