This position is ineligible for employment Visa sponsorship. The Director, Strategic Execution serves as a strategic orchestrator translating corporate strategy into operational reality. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Strategy, this role helps manage rhythms of the business in partnership with the CEO’s Chief of Staff and the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer, aligning executive governance with Early Warning’s multi-year strategy. Our delivery agenda is in-year execution priorities; our development agenda is multi-year strategic plays; and our governance agenda is stakeholder management across Owner Banks and regulators. As a force multiplier within the Strategy organization, you will help orchestrate high-visibility executive forums in partnership with Strategy, Transformation, and Enterprise Change to drive cross-functional change. This role is approximately 80% operational execution and 20% strategy and design, requiring a capable leader who can influence through credibility, structured thinking, and a bias for action. Successful candidates will operate with an agile, team-first mindset, able to shift across priorities and topics. Responsibilities

Enterprise Operating Cadence & Executive Forums: Manage end-to-end orchestration of key executive and transformation rhythms (Executive Committee meetings, Functional Executives Forum, Operators Meeting, Catalyst Transformation Forums, Strategy & Operations Forum); drive agenda development, pre-read production, attendance readiness, and post-meeting follow-through to ensure decision quality and accountability. Decision & Action Throughput: Maintain a closed-loop operating mechanism across executive forums with a decision log, enterprise action register, owners/dates, and escalation paths; drive timely closure of actions through structured follow-ups and escalation as needed. Enterprise Scorecard & Performance Visibility: Build and improve an executive-ready enterprise performance scorecard (KPIs + qualitative narrative) with metric owners and operating definitions; produce a monthly KPI pack and operating memo highlighting trends, variances, risks, and decisions needed. Strategy Execution & Cross-Functional Alignment: Translate FY26 strategic goals into an executable operating plan; track progress, surface dependencies, identify blockers, and drive resolution across functions (e.g., Marketing, Legal, Sales/Partnerships, People, Finance) through structured working sessions and executive-level readouts. Facilitation, Executive Communications, & Operating Model Improvement: Facilitate high-stakes executive discussions or prepare meeting chairs; produce high-polish executive communications (pre-reads, decision memos, quarterly retrospectives) and recommend enhancements to cadence, governance, and tooling. Confidentiality & Risk Management: Handle sensitive information with discretion; ensure appropriate controls around distribution of pre-reads, decision documentation, and restricted information. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a top accredited college or university with demonstrated high academic achievement Typically 12 or more years of experience; preferred 7–10 years in business operations, strategy, or chief of staff-like roles Strategy or management consulting experience at a well-known firm (e.g., MBB or big 4) with focus on problem solving, execution, and project management Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders through data and structured logic Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel Ability to work at macro and micro levels with high attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) with capability to build high-polish executive decks and complex trackers Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience driving outcomes in a matrixed environment through influence (no direct authority) Background or strong understanding of financial services and payments Successful completion of background and drug screening Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Financial Services, Fintech, or high-growth SaaS environments MBA or advanced degree Experience building operational rhythms or PMOs from the ground up Physical Requirements

The Base Pay Scale For This Position In New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $186,000 - $232,000. Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits. This pay scale is subject to change and is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned.
