Freelance or Staff Graphic Designer/ Production Artist with CPG Experience

Regional CPG company is seeking a detail-oriented
Freelance Graphic Designer/ Production Artist
with hands‑on experience in CPG production.
You will collaborate with our creative and account teams to produce digital assets that meet both brand and compliance standards. You'll work on digital (emails, desktop interactive PDFs) adhering to brand guidelines.
This is not a role for generalists. We require a candidate who understands the unique demands of CPG production work.
Essential Responsibilities
Follow brand standards
Incorporate feedback from reviews with speed and accuracy
Experience & Skills
At least 1‑3 years in CPG (agency or in‑house).
Strong ability to interpret client needs.
Solid portfolio demonstrating familiarity with cps and production work.
Organized with high attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
Able to work under pressure and on many projects at once.
Strong time management skills and able to work on multiple therapeutic areas with different style guides simultaneously.
Excellent creative thinking, problem‑solving skills, and keen eye for detail.
Technical & Computer Skills
Expertise working in an Apple computer environment, as well as Apple software.
Expertise working in Adobe Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
Knowledge of Google Workplace (Calendar, Sheet, Slides, Docs, Meet, and Gmail)
