Location TX, OK, LA, NM (Open to remote within the territory)
About the Role A growing manufacturer is seeking a Regional Hydraulic Specialist to develop new business and expand the customer base in the hydraulic hose, fittings, and fluid power sector. This role will focus on both new business development and strengthening existing relationships across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and New Mexico.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new accounts in hydraulics
Manage key customer relationships, including distributors and end-users
Collaborate with sales leadership to implement strategies and drive growth
Provide tailored hydraulic solutions to meet customer needs
Qualifications
Experience in
hydraulics, hoses, and fittings
preferred
Proven track record in
sales or business development
Strong relationship‑building skills and technical knowledge
Comfortable with
regional travel
(large territory)
Compensation
Base salary
$80k~
commission‑based
with earnings potential of
$130k–$180k+
