Responsibilities
Facilitate software change requests, gather requirements, and coordinate release planning Act as a product expert, monitor issues, and ensure timely testing and deployment of updates Collaborate with stakeholders to develop User Acceptance Criteria and capture ROI of initiatives Support integration and AI efforts to streamline and accelerate SDLC processes Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively Monitor product support tickets, respond proactively, and seek continual process improvement Participate in customer meetings, usability discussions, and functional reviews Maintain product knowledge and documentation, including training coordination and process updates Assist in technical implementation and sustainment of third-party applications Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 1+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role 1+ years of experience in project management Strong communication and organizational skills Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks Proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently Excellent verbal and written skills Demonstrated leadership and personal initiative Familiarity with AI concepts and applications in SDLC preferred Benefits
