Role Description We are seeking a full-time Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Eastern NC. This hybrid role allows for a combination of on-site responsibilities and remote work flexibility. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, generating new business opportunities, and conducting client trainings to support their material handling needs. The Territory Sales Manager will be expected to achieve sales targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication, building rapport, and maintaining positive relationships with clients
Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving and exceeding sales targets
Customer Service expertise to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and problem-solving
Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients and internal team members
Proven organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in the material handling or related industry is a plus
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within assigned territory
