Location

St. Louis, MO

Hybrid schedule: 3–4 days in office

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business opportunities within targeted accounts

Schedule qualified meetings for outside sales representatives

Support pipeline development through outbound calls, emails, and strategic outreach

Utilize prospecting and data tools to identify high-value opportunities

Collaborate closely with field sales to drive revenue growth

Attend customer meetings in the field when geographically feasible

Track activity and performance metrics related to meetings set and revenue influenced

Work Structure

Primarily in-office with a hybrid component

Fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment

Ideal Candidate

Experience in inside sales, SDR, or business development (B2B preferred)

Strong communication and prospecting skills

Highly motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset

Interest in industrial, logistics, automation, or technical solutions is a plus

Desire to grow into an outside/territory sales role
