Inside Sales Representative – Allied Placement Division, CompHealth, Ft. Lauderdale, FL
In a full‑desk role, you will manage both candidate and client relationships, placing healthcare providers into permanent positions across the country. This hybrid position requires you to be in the Ft. Lauderdale office at least twice a week, with the remaining days available for remote work.
Responsibilities
Source healthcare provider names and contact information and generate call lists.
Make outbound calls to providers, building relationships and persuading them to consider new career opportunities with our clients.
Screen, qualify, and determine the viability of providers, then match them to appropriate opportunities based on their needs.
Build an active pipeline and continually identify and develop new healthcare provider prospects.
Sell and negotiate throughout the recruitment process, serving as a subject‑matter expert while following a consultative approach with providers.
Generate revenue through the permanent placement of providers into client facilities.
Meet and exceed production goals throughout a consultative sales cycle.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in consultative sales or selling professional services.
Intrinsic motivation and perseverance in challenging markets.
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence prospects.
Proficiency using multiple software systems, including Outlook, Excel, and CRM databases.
