Role Description We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team in a full-time hybrid role based in New York, NY, with some flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic account plans to acquire and manage enterprise clients. Key responsibilities include driving software sales, managing end-to-end sales cycles, handling lead generation, fostering client relationships, and providing consultative solutions to meet client needs. You will collaborate across teams to deliver innovative financial solutions tailored to client requirements.
Qualifications
Experience in Software Sales and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales processes with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management with the ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
Expertise in Sales and Consultative Selling, effectively identifying clients’ needs and aligning them with Blitz Corp’s offerings.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with an ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
Familiarity with financial technology (FinTech) or ERP solutions is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Self-motivation, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to excel in a hybrid work environment.
