
Territory Sales Representative - Greater Los Angeles

A leading manufacturer in the commercial construction industry is seeking an individual for a Territory Sales Representative position. 50-60% travel requirement from your home based office covering the Southern California area. Qualified individuals will be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work independently, with 1-2 years of outside business to business sales experience a plus. This position is full-time with a base, plus commission with residual commissions, sales incentives, company vehicle, and benefits.
Education requirement: Two year degree
Duties
Provide reports to include sales calls, monthly projects reports and sales forecasts. Required input and use of CRM for contacts and project management Develop and implement semi annual strategic sales plan to accommodate corporate goals. Meet quotas for conducting meetings, delivering presentations, and writing specifications with owners, engineers and architects. Develop relationships with key customers and companies involved in design, building and construction - from distributors to contractors. Review market to determine customer needs, price schedules and discount rates. Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product. Deliver sales presentations to key clients. Coordinate and conduct customer training Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Continuous search for new products and markets.
