Systems and Digital Engineer, Mid
As a Systems and Digital Engineer on our team, you will design new and advanced systems to support our growing client and customer base. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate, modernize, and develop new systems, gaining experience from mentors and technical experts. You will merge your existing experience with industry best practices to create the best solutions and products for our clients and help turn requirements into accomplishments that drive change.
You Have
6+ years of experience with engineering on a DoD, national security, or aerospace program
3+ years of experience applying MBSE as part of the engineering process
1+ years of experience leading engineering teams or projects
Knowledge of core systems and digital engineering concepts regarding the use of engineering models across the lifecycle, authoritative lifecycle data, product lifecycle management, digital tool chains, digital threads, and digital twins
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Science, or Technology field
Nice If You Have
Experience with digital engineering tools such as Requirements Management Tools, Architecture, Digital Thread, Product Lifecycle Management, and mission profile tools
Experience conceptualizing military problems, decomposing high‑level missions, systems modeling, and developing detailed designs in a systems model in support of product development
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree in an Engineering, Science, or Technology field
INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) certification
SysML OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) certification
Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by location, education, skills, experience, and contract‑specific requirements.

Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role, and may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.
