Schedule: Tue & Wed: Onsite (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) & Mon, Thu, Fri: Remote (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented
Senior Contract Analyst
with strong analytical and communication skills. This role is responsible for managing complex supplier and customer pricing agreements, ensuring accurate contract pricing setup, and maintaining compliance with vendor and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B environments, ERP systems, and advanced data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and manage complex supplier and customer pricing agreements
Review legal contracts and identify required actions for pricing and membership setup
Ensure accurate contract pricing configuration in ERP systems
Validate customer eligibility for contract pricing and membership access
Maintain compliance with supplier agreements and company policies
Manage assigned supplier/customer portfolio and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate cross-functionally (pricing, BI, operations) for contract implementation
Analyze pricing and membership data to identify trends, gaps, and improvements
Handle escalations related to pricing and membership issues
Review credit/debit requests for accuracy and validity
Support reporting and partner with BI teams for data insights
Assign and manage team workflow queues
Train and mentor team members; support onboarding and development
Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
3+ years of experience in a
B2B manufacturing or distribution environment
Hands-on experience with
ERP systems (SAP and/or Oracle)
Intermediate
Microsoft Office skills , including
advanced Excel formulas
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree or higher
Strong experience in pricing, contract analysis, and membership eligibility
Experience working with complex legal or supplier agreements
