Digital Marketing Contractor
This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA; Cupertino, CA; or New York, NY.
Summary The Maps and Business Marketing team is seeking an experienced digital marketer with a passion for driving consumer engagement through web and email channels. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies focused on optimizing landing pages and lifecycle email campaigns to ensure customers are engaged and informed through meaningful digital experiences.
Our Ideal Candidate
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on web and email channels
Passion for digital marketing with a strong foundation in customer engagement strategies and campaign execution
Proficient in CMS platforms and email marketing tools, with strong project management and organizational skills
Familiar with marketing analytics, performance tracking, and campaign optimization methodologies
Skilled in collaborating with marketing, design, product, analytics, and business teams
Able to work independently and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Analytical problem solver with a track record of developing and optimizing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement
Job Description In this role, you will develop and manage strategies for marketing landing pages and lifecycle email campaigns designed to increase engagement and improve customer communication.
You’ll partner with marketing, CMS, design, product, analytics, and business teams to execute campaign initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders. This includes developing marketing briefs, facilitating stakeholder and leadership reviews, and managing campaign timelines from concept through deployment and reporting.
You will also define and track key performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and use insights to optimize future marketing strategies, supporting the broader marketing team’s efforts to deliver impactful customer engagement experiences.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
Background in digital marketing, campaign management, lifecycle marketing, or marketing analytics

Pay For This W-2 Position Ranges From
Culver City, CA: $56.49 per hour
Cupertino, CA: $61.66 per hour
New York, NY: $61.37 per hour
This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k) depending on tenure and hours worked.
