A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Medical Loss Ratio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) reporting activities, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations Manage governance frameworks and documentation standards to maintain audit readiness and compliance Monitor MLR performance, assess risks, and coordinate MLR rebate processes with cross-functional stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field; or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in a health plan/managed care environment with involvement in MLR reporting/compliance or regulatory reporting Experience with complex analysis using large datasets and producing documentation for regulatory inquiries Proficiency with Excel and reporting/analytics tools; familiarity with health plan finance/claims systems CPA, CMA, CIA, or other relevant accounting/audit credential preferred
