Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and data-driven Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, from high-quality visual content creation (design, photos, videos) to technical SEO and lead-generation strategy. In this role, creative and technical skills are blended to drive both brand awareness and sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is a “creative technologist” who can produce compelling sales collateral while simultaneously analyzing the data to optimize our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design high-impact marketing assets, including website visuals, social media graphics, digital newsletters, and sales collateral.
Photography & Videography: Lead the production of original photo and video content, including product shoots, brand stories, and social-first video assets. Operate cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment for branded storytelling.
Technical SEO & Analytics: Manage website performance by monitoring web analytics and implementing on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Oversee day-to-day management and maintenance to ensure site remains current and optimized.
Lead Generation & Sales Enablement: Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns and design professional sales collateral (pitch decks, case studies, whitepapers) to support the sales team.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across email, search, and social media platforms.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Lead Generation & Sales Support
Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs): The number of high-quality leads generated through digital channels.
Cost per Lead (CPL): Total marketing spend divided by the number of leads generated.
Sales Collateral Usage: Engagement rates or feedback from the sales team on the effectiveness of pitch decks and case studies.
Digital & SEO Performance
Organic Search Growth: Increase in website traffic and keyword rankings for target terms.
Technical Site Health: Monthly reduction in crawl errors, broken links, or page speed issues.
Conversion Rate: The percentage of visitors who complete a desired action, such as filling out a form.
Creative Content Efficiency
Content Engagement: Performance metrics for photos and videos, such as video completion rates, social shares, and click-through rates (CTR).
Production Volume: Meeting deadlines for a set number of creative assets (e.g., “4 sales videos and 10 graphics per month”).
Requirements
Creative Suite: Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
Technical Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Marketing Tech: Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
Photography/Videography: Technical mastery of equipment with proficiency in editing software and visual storytelling abilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5+ years in a hybrid marketing or creative role.
