We are hiring a contracted real estate videographer/photographer in the Atlanta area who is creative, organized, professional, and enjoys working with people. This role is ideal for someone with video and photo talent who seeks steady work during the week without the hassle of marketing, has a flexible schedule, and wants all their post-production work handled.

• You don't need prior experience in real estate videography or photography.
• This role will provide the opportunity to grow into a trainer role as we continue to expand our presence in the greater Atlanta area.
• Must be willing to drive within the greater surrounding Nashville area (about a 30-40 mile radius)

Who are we looking for?

• Camera Operation: Strong knowledge of camera techniques, composition, lighting, and sound recording.
• Portfolio: Demonstrates an extensive portfolio of high-quality video and photo projects, showcasing technical expertise, creativity, and a keen eye for visual storytelling.

What is the pay and the schedule?

• Pay: $400-1200 per week based on your availability
• Schedule: Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Availability on Saturday and for twilight shoots (typically after 7:30 pm) is highly desirable

What will you do in this role?

• Video and Photograph professional high-resolution moving images/stills to showcase the uniqueness and beauty of each property
• Capture interior and exterior photos and footage of the property
• Adapt to various lighting
• Upload raw files to the company portal immediately after the shoot.

What type of equipment do you need?

• Digital SLR body (full or cropped frame)
• At least a 24-megapixel sensor
• Ability to shoot 1080 60FPS
• 4K 60 FPS (optional but ideal)
• Experience shooting in LOG (a plus)
• Camera Stabilizer (DJI Ronin M or S, Zhiyun Crane, Movi)
• Wide Angle Zoom Lens (16mm widest for full frame or 10mm for cropped)
• Off-Camera Flash
• A sturdy, easy-to-level tripod
• A laptop or Computer with high-speed internet access
• Smartphone
• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Personable and dependable, with exceptional communication and people skills
• Professional appearance
• Weekly communication with us so we know when you’re available for shoots
• Memory Card Reader
• Drone: DJI Mavic Air/Mini Pro/Pro, Phantom, or Inspire series
