Job Description–Print &DigitalAdvertisingSalesRepresentative InnoVeraMedia is currently looking for a motivated and hard-working Print & Digital Advertising Sales Representative(s) to join our team.

As an Advertising Sales Representative at InnoVeraMedia, you’ll be responsible for hunting for new clients, managing client relationships, planning and executing advertising campaigns, and ensuring successful delivery and performance across multiple platforms. This role serves as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, providing strategic guidance and day-to-day management of print and digital media initiatives.

Your daily impact asan Advertising SalesRepresentative:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals, needs, and expectations.

Manage and drive RFPs and other questionnaires for prospects and existing clients

Generate a high volume of sales related activities including cold calling, meetings, presentations, proposals and more

Collaborate with media planners and strategists to develop effectiveprint and digitalmedia plans (direct mail,display, video, social, search, programmatic, etc.)

Analyze campaign data and key performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, impressions, etc.)

Stay updated onprint and digitalmedia trends, platform updates (e.g.,Google, TikTok, CTV, OTT), and industry best practices

Collaborate with internal product, sales support, and client success to provide the best client experience

Managing sales pipelinewith100%emphasis on developing new business opportunities,both over the phone and in person

Robust lead generation tool, accumulatedleads,andresponsible tobalance accounts

Digitaladvertising – can be sold to any category of business

Monthly publications

SaveOn sellstolocal business (restaurants, salons, automotive, retail, mailing monthly)

HomeProsonly sellsto home services (home improvement companies, mailing monthly)

Managing the relationships and work with the administration team

The candidate will havea trackrecordachieving sales goals, andthrive on selling and winning

The candidate willmaintainsales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors

The candidate willmaintainthe CRM database

The candidate willmaintainprofessional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;establishingpersonal networks;participatingin professional societies

All other duties assigned asrequired

Weekly breakdown includes:

Weeklycallswithmanager andteam

Client relations, customer visits,identifyingthe decision-maker (meeting face to face as business requires)

Quote, present, and follow up on all sales opportunities until the business is closed and booked

40-50 calls a day

20-30 booking the opportunity, sending out email media kits

MS Office Experience mandatory MS Excel proficient

Successfulyears related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

The candidate:must havedemonstratedoutsidesalesexperience.

The candidate must know aboutprint and digitaladvertising and prior sales experience

The candidate must have strong negotiation and closing skillsover the phone, excellentorganization,and reasoning skills.

The candidate must be flexible to travel to clients and meet face to face as well as over the phone as requested.

The candidatehasB2B sales experience andproven ability to close business.

The candidate must: have a clear criminal background. If offered a position with the company, a pre-employment background check will berequiredas a condition of employment and is contingent on results.

Training

Expected ramp-up time –90-dayonboarding and training dependent on background and experience.

Continuous learning onproducttraining, marketplace, systemsand learning internal processes

The candidate will work alongside internal team members and learn from the owners ofInnoVeraMedia’songoing training

Once the candidate is fully trained, their projected revenue goal is at a target of $50K/Monthly
