What You’ll Do: As a Graphic Artist I, you’ll create visually accurate and brand-aligned designs using established templates and production standards. You’ll support cross-functional collaboration, prepare files for production, and contribute to team initiatives and continuous improvement.
Your Impact: Your work will directly support the production of high-quality, on-brand visual materials that meet manufacturing specifications and client expectations. By ensuring accuracy and consistency in design execution, you’ll help streamline production workflows and reduce errors. Your collaboration with marketing, product development, and production teams will enhance project outcomes and reinforce our commitment to excellence. You’ll also contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and creative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Create layout graphics, illustrations, and designs using established templates and brand guidelines
Adapt and customize existing design templates to meet project-specific requirements
Prepare and format files for production, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with project goals
Participate in departmental meetings to support team alignment and continuous improvement
Uphold company values through reliable, respectful, and solution-oriented work
Position Qualifications: Education:
Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Equivalent experience or professional certifications may be considered.
Work Experience:
1 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, layout production, or a creative field.
Your Skills:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) on a Mac platform
Experience with PACE software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Skilled in layout composition, vector illustration, and file preparation for print
Knowledge of Pantone Color Systems and pre-flighting processes
Effective communicator and collaborative team member with a willingness to learn and adapt
