Job Overview
The Community Relationship Manager, Western Slope, will actively engage and build collaborative relationships with key housing and economic development stakeholders, community members, customers, and local government through outreach, capacity building, and identification of opportunities to increase community investment. The position is the lead community engagement contact for the Western Slope region (Delta, Garfield, Jackson, Mesa, Moffat, Rio Blanco, and Routt counties). The incumbent must reside in the Western Slope region of Colorado and will work remotely, requiring extensive travel within the regional service area and statewide.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, management agents, and team members.
Prioritize work to adhere to deliverables and timelines amid competing priorities.
Engage in problem‑solving and strategic thinking to support community investment initiatives.
Ensure a strong commitment to making a positive difference in communities across the state.
Act as the primary point of contact for community engagement activities within the assigned region.
