Your Mission
As a Graphic Designer at Consumer Cellular (Studio 95) you will operate as a creative collaborator building industry‑leading content and experiences. You will concept high‑quality ideas and campaigns, and support projects from pitch through execution. Your design and conceptual skills will directly contribute to our vision of being the most beloved wireless brand in America. You are a creative partner with our Marketing and Agency teams, working closely together to tailor all assets from a 10‑foot or 10,000‑foot view to help build creative that pushes boundaries in the category.
You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to develop and deliver top‑quality creative for all aspects of marketing campaigns – Video, Design, Motion Graphics, and any other evolving areas of the media landscape.
Concept and pitch full media campaigns to leadership while maintaining continuity across multiple types of executions.
Exercise strategic thinking and poise under aggressive timelines, showing confidence in the ability to adapt creative when the scope of a project needs to shift.
Have a keen desire to interpret business and analytical insights and incorporate them within creative to meet Marketing goals and KPIs.
Foster and maintain healthy cross‑functional relationships with Marketing and Business Leads, and any other internal teams that require support for asset generation either with us or externally.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

You’ve managed full production including concepting, pitching, resource management, and client interaction.
You have a passion for the industry with knowledge of Consumer Cellular and the mobile communications sector.
You have strong creative ideation skills with a solutions‑oriented mindset when under pressure.
People admire your passion for the craft and willingness to jump in and contribute at all stages of production.
5+ years of experience in either internal/external marketing services or creative agencies.
College degree in the requisite field or equivalent experience.
Website/Digital design (not development) is a plus.

Minimum Salary: $68,250
Maximum Salary: $88,725
