This role is Part Time, approximately 25 to 27 hours a week.
What You Will Do We’re looking for a part-time, hands-on Graphic Designer to join the PennEngineering Global Marketing team. You’ll create high-quality B2B visuals—from social media and digital ads to marketing collateral and tradeshow graphics—that bring our 9 business units to life while staying true to our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging visual, from concept to completion, for diverse marketing initiatives.
Create and modify high-impact visuals for digital advertising, social media, and print materials, and international standards.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop concepts from ideation to final deliverables.
Remote or Hybrid if local to the Philadelphia area (Danboro, PA).
Qualifications
5+ years of professional graphic design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and versatility in print and digital media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ability to work effectively on a part-time basis. Able to balance multiple projects, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Experience with DAMs and utilizing AI tools
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B marketing or corporate brand management.
Experience with motion graphics or animation using Adobe After Effects.
Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Figma.
Knowledge of photography and photo retouching.
Experience designing with Canva
