About the Role
The Post Graduate Program is a full‑time, individualized training program that lasts 4 to 6 months, designed for recent graduates or career switchers interested in public relations. The position supports the Publicity Assistant and clients, with a hybrid schedule based in our Los Angeles office (2–3 days per week). Completion may lead to a permanent role.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with reporting and gathering information to develop efficient round‑up pitches
Create and write press materials: fact sheets, media lists, press releases, newsletters, bios/backgrounders
Clip, draft placement spotlights, pitches, and press releases for clients
Hone writing skills, blurb writing, and elevate press releases
Monitor and update all administrative tasks and platforms
Assist in brainstorming and planning sessions, story angles and partnerships
Assist with data input for weekly reporting and client updates
Navigate Muck Rack, updating quality media lists
Research publications, editorial calendars, and maintain targeted media lists
Assist with drafting of weekly updates, working with the Publicity Assistant
Responsible for media tracking and client reporting (media clips, placement spotlights, digital alerts, and calculating PR values)
Establish and maintain effective, respectful, and professional relationships with employees and clients
Assist in research on upcoming trends, articles and social media relating to the PR industry and clients specific to travel, luxury hospitality, and culinary
Perform other tasks or projects assigned by account leads or executive members
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in public relations, communication, journalism, marketing, and/or business
Prior PR internship experience required (agency internship experience strongly preferred)
Foundational knowledge of media relations, news cycles, and influencer engagement
Previous experience with traditional PR platforms preferred (Muck Rack, Meltwater, Cision, HAROs, etc.)
Proven ability to prioritize and multitask multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment while maintaining close attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including AP writing style
