Studio+ Sales Transformation – Senior Consultant Location: Anywhere in Country.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Consultant to join our Sales Transformation practice within EY Studio+. In this role, you will work with client business teams across the lead‑to‑cash process to reimagine sales capabilities, accelerate revenue growth, and optimize sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct internal and external research on leading practices for B2C and B2B sales organizations.

Lead client stakeholder interviews to understand business landscape and identify improvement opportunities.

Document sales processes and enabling technology that supports each process.

Prepare materials and facilitate client workshops.

Collaborate with client executives to assess sales strategies, capabilities, processes, and technologies for improvement opportunities.

Support the assessment and implementation of enterprise sales technology platforms and tools (e.g., CRM, CPQ, CLM).

Mentor junior team members, fostering growth, collaboration, and innovation.

Stay ahead of emerging trends in sales operating models, customer experience, sales technologies, and AI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA or equivalent considered.

3+ years of consulting or industry experience focused on commercial functions or related technologies (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing).

Experience prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and objectives.

Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment in client‑facing situations.

Proven delivery of core consulting competencies such as workshop planning, research, current state assessment, gap analysis, and future‑state roadmap definition.

Advanced analytical and collaborative problem‑solving skills; ability to conceptualize business issues and define solutions.

Excellent presentation skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team‑building skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; valid U.S. passport and driver’s license; willingness to travel 50‑80% of the time.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Experience working across business or technology functions engaged in the lead‑to‑cash process.

Knowledge of B2C/B2B sales environments, roles, processes, tools, and KPIs.

Knowledge of sales leading practices and technologies that drive customer‑centric solutions.

Understanding of CRM, CPQ, CLM and ability to assess digital technology maturity and design technology roadmaps.

Experience delivering end‑to‑end technology programs from inception to go‑live.

Awareness of sales strategy trends and technical capabilities for stakeholders.

Ability to foster an innovative, inclusive, team‑oriented environment; mentor staff consultants.

Ideal additional experience

Basic technical knowledge of key sales technology solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, PROS, Oracle CPQ, Conga, SirionLabs, Docusign); certifications a plus.

Familiarity with AI use cases support sales functions.

Experience with agile delivery methodology or work in agile teams.

Awareness of industry trends and best practices to evolve sales strategies.

What We Offer

Competitive base salary range $97,300 to $178,300 (U.S. locations) with higher ranges for NYC, Washington, California (excluding Sacramento).
