Our client is seeking a Performance Marketing Designer with strong UI/UX fundamentals and art direction experience to support B2B growth initiatives. This role focuses on designing high-performing digital creative across paid media, web, and lifecycle channels, combining strong visual craft with a performance-driven mindset while partnering closely with marketing and production teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and optimize performance-driven creative for paid media, social, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Design UI/UX for websites, landing pages, and blog experiences, with a focus on clarity, usability, and conversion.
- Provide art direction and visual leadership across campaigns to ensure creative quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Create and support video and motion assets for paid and social media, collaborating with motion or production partners as needed.
- Optimize creative across channels while maintaining brand standards and design systems.
- Ability to build/update polished PowerPoint presentations for internal and external strategy, planning, and executive-level presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing, performance, growth, and demand-generation teams to align creative with campaign goals and KPIs.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
- Stay current on UI/UX, performance marketing, motion, and creative best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience designing paid media, social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads), and email marketing.
- Working knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.

- Strong understanding of usability, engagement, and performance metrics
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Must be based in New York, NY.
Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with analytics and performance reporting to inform creative decisions.
- Experience in motion design or video production (e.g., After Effects, short-form video) is a plus.
