Outstanding long‑term contract opportunity! A well‑known Financial Services Company is looking for a Procedure Writer/Content Writer in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). W2 only.
Client is undergoing a major training and content standardization initiative. We are seeking a detail‑oriented Content Writer / Reviewer to support this effort by standardizing and improving existing training materials, ensuring alignment with the team’s style guide, and establishing traceability between procedures, job aids, and training documentation.
Contract Duration: 12 months with extensions or conversion.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Content Writer, Technical Writer, or Training Document Specialist.
Background in training, instructional design, or learning & development.
Experience working in large, enterprise‑level organizations.
Ability to implement style guides and standardize terminology across multiple documents.
Familiarity with mapping and reconciling training materials with procedures and job aids.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documents and tasks.
What You Will Be Doing
Review, reconcile, and standardize existing training documents to align with the team’s style guide.
Ensure consistent terminology and formatting across all training materials.
Map and maintain traceability between procedures, job aids, and training content.
Collaborate with Trainers and Procedure Writers to validate content accuracy.
Identify gaps or areas for improvement and propose enhancements.
(Nice‑to‑have) Assist with content organization on SharePoint – Teamworks (WF‑specific).
(Nice‑to‑have) Support usage of AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for content reference and search.
