Create and schedule engaging social media content that aligns with the organization’s mission

Ensure all content adheres to brand, compliance, and safety guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience writing and managing social media content
Excellent writing skills, including grammar, tone, and flow
Proficient in managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with TikTok or Pinterest
Background in behavioral health, autism, special education, or related fields
Volunteer or work experience with community-based or special needs organizations
Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com and design tools like Canva
Experience writing in AP or Chicago style
