Digital Designer & Web Developer Commitment: Full Time Work Setup: Remote Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MST – Arizona) We are looking for a Digital Designer & Web Developer to take ownership of both the design and development of our digital assets. This is a single, hybrid role for someone who is comfortable working across both areas. You will not be working as part of a large dev or design team. Instead, you will be responsible for bringing ideas to life from concept to execution, ensuring everything is both visually strong and technically sound. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end execution, from designing layouts and graphics to building and maintaining websites. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain company websites using WordPress Create and implement visually engaging web pages, landing pages, and UI elements Produce graphic assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads Update website content and ensure optimal performance, speed, and usability Troubleshoot bugs, errors, and technical issues efficiently Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align visuals and messaging Refresh and improve website layouts and user experience when needed Ensure all digital outputs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand standards Apply basic SEO best practices for on-page optimization What We’re Looking For Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar) A strong eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency Ability to handle both design and development responsibilities independently Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision Clear and effective communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
