Senior Product Designer - Finance and Reporting

In this role, you will lead the design of advanced financial reporting experiences within a fast-scaling, AI-powered SaaS platform for the vacation rental industry. You will transform complex financial and operational data into clear, intuitive, and actionable user experiences that empower property managers worldwide. Working at the intersection of product design, data visualization, and financial workflows, you will shape how users understand and act on critical business insights. You will own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to prototyping and delivery, with a strong focus on usability and clarity. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will help define product direction and elevate design maturity across the organization. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence financial decision-making tools used at global scale. Accountabilities Lead the end-to-end design of finance reporting features, including dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical tools Conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative) to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and financial workflows Translate complex financial and operational requirements into intuitive, user-friendly product experiences Design user journeys, service diagrams, and interaction flows that simplify complex reporting structures Create and iterate on high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs, validated through user testing and feedback Develop clear and effective data visualizations that make financial insights actionable and easy to interpret Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams to deliver cohesive solutions Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product ecosystem Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions to drive shared understanding and decision-making Requirements Proven experience as a Product Designer, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or data-heavy product environments Strong expertise in designing dashboards, reporting tools, or complex data visualization interfaces Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research, and iterative design methodologies Ability to translate complex financial or technical concepts into simple, elegant user experiences Experience working across the full design lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and customer-facing functions Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or equivalent) Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems at scale Strong communication and facilitation skills, including workshop leadership and stakeholder alignment A systems-thinking mindset with attention to detail and product consistency Benefits Fully remote role within EMEA time zones Opportunity to join a high-growth, profitable SaaS unicorn in the vacation rental industry High-impact ownership of core financial product experiences used globally Collaborative, product-driven culture with strong design maturity Flexible working environment supporting autonomy and deep focus work Competitive compensation aligned with experience Opportunity to work on complex, data-rich product challenges at scale Career growth in a fast-expanding international organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
