What You’ll Do
As an Alternative Lending Consultant you will:
Speak directly with small business owners
Build trust and create opportunities through live conversations
Identify client needs and help move applications through the process
Stay organized with follow-up and pipeline management
Learn how to manage relationships and build repeat business
Develop the habits and skills that lead to long-term success in sales

No base pay
No earning capPerformance-based income
Typical income progression:
$6,000–$8,000+ per month within 60 days for consistent performers
$10,000–$13,000+ per month for top performers
Strong first-year performers can earn $150,000–$250,000+
