The goal of Product Marketing Specialist (Temporary Leave Support) is to support go‑to‑market strategies, product positioning and messaging, and facilitate sales enablement content. In this role, the Product Marketing Specialist will support with their expertise in market research and segmentation, competitive intelligence, and visual design management to drive product success. Job Overview Craft and refine product positioning and messaging to ensure clarity and alignment with target buyer personas across all marketing channels. Support the creation, update, and distribution of sales enablement materials, such as product sheets, battle cards, and presentations, to equip the sales team with the necessary tools to close deals. Support marketing activities for product launches, including plan execution and post‑launch analysis to ensure successful market entry. Regularly perform market and competitive intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and product positioning. Conduct market research and segmentation to identify and target key customer segments effectively, driving more personalized and impactful marketing efforts. Act as a liaison between product, marketing, sales, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and marketing initiatives. Qualifications/Education A bachelor's degree in Marketing, with focus in Product Marketing, or related education is preferred. Experience Minimum of 1 year working experience in a product marketing position is required. Experience working in a B2B environment is preferred. Experience working in a global matrix organization is preferred. Proven experience in go‑to‑market execution and product launches.
