Communications Officer

Role Description This is a part-time, unpaid, hybrid role based in Austin, TX, for a Communications Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and distributing press releases, developing and managing strategic communications, maintaining media relations, and producing high-quality social media content. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and effectively promote GivePower UT's initiatives. Qualifications Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, Film, or another related field Proven experience in crafting compelling Press Releases and impactful Writing Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills Experience with Adobe Creative Suite + Figma Proficient in Social Media Management (X, LinkedIn, Instagram) #J-18808-Ljbffr
