The

Senior Digital Product Manager - MarTech

will define and own the endtoend product vision for key marketing technology products that power personalized, realtime, omnichannel consumer experiences. This role champions MarTech capabilities that enable targeted communications, segmentation, and personalization across email, SMS, push notifications, and digital channels- driving meaningful engagement, incremental revenue, and improved consumer satisfaction.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with partners across Marketing, Product, Program Management, Analytics, and Technology to align priorities, translate business needs into clear product requirements, and deliver innovative digital and marketing experiences. You'll serve as a strategic connector- balancing business goals, consumer needs, and technical capabilities- while confidently leading complex initiatives across multiple teams.

We're looking for someone who can clearly communicate complex technical concepts in straightforward, nontechnical language, influence at all levels of the organization, and thrive in a fastpaced environment with tight timelines and budgets. You'll work with stakeholders to develop both short and longterm roadmaps, prioritize highimpact work, and maintain a healthy, wellgroomed product backlog.

What You'll Do

Define and own the MarTech product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategy

Prioritize features and functionality; create epics and user stories; and partner with agile delivery teams to deliver highquality, highvalue solutions

Collaborate crossfunctionally to translate business use cases into scalable MarTech capabilities

Drive alignment and provide clear progress, risk, and status updates to leadership and stakeholder teams

Use data to define KPIs, build business cases, and measure product performance and impact

Identify opportunities to improve or redesign processes, tools, and policies to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Partner with Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Product, and Technology teams to enhance personalization and consumer engagement

Lead the consolidation, optimization, and ongoing evolution of core MarTech tools, including CRM, CDP, ESP, and marketing automation platforms

Enable and enhance Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities, including unified consumer profiles, consent and preferences management, audience segmentation, and activation integrations

Ensure strong data governance and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) while maximizing responsible data use

What You Bring

Proven experience leading complex, crossfunctional product initiatives with multiple business partners

Strong business acumen with the ability to present ideas, plans, and opportunities to senior leaders

Confidence and interpersonal savvy when partnering with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and translate complex technical concepts

Experience working in agile environments and managing roadmaps, backlogs, and priorities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following are required to be considered for this role:

Bachelor's Degree or 4 years professional work experience

At least 5 years of experience in digital product development environment with a minimum of 3 years in an associate product manager, product owner or product manager role

At least 3 years of experience working within the MarTech landscape, including platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform)

Experience with agile development methodology

Experience using storytelling to influence and align crossfunctional stakeholders at all organizational levels

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your resume will stand out if you have the following:

Demonstrated experience leading technically complex products with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities

Proven background in collaboration and creative problem solving to deliver upon business objectives

Experience using data to define business value, define priority, and manage trade-offs against competing priorities

Experience managing direct reports

Well versed in understand data from Adobe or Google Analytics and using data to drive decisioning

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $145,000. Final compensation varies based on several factors.
