
Inside Sales Representative- Maintenance

Summary:
Responsible for selling product support services and for the achievement of the sales quota assigned. Has complete familiarity with the various support plans available for the company's product lines and is able to articulate the features, benefits and pricing of those plans to current and prospective customers. Ensures the customer receives a timely and accurate quotation for the appropriate support plan and manages the process through receipt of the purchase order and invoicing. Maintains current knowledge of SafeNet AT/Thales TCT product lines and product configurations.
Maintains and reports an accurate forecast of support revenue in his or her territory.
Qualification Requirements: U.S. citizenship is required. Education: Associate Degree in Business or equivalent work experience
Experience: 2 years of experience to include:
Sales experience representing a high technology product or service with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed a sales quota. Experience in managing a sale from quote (proposal) to invoicing using CRM and/or ERP systems. Experience with different solicitation and contract types, including requests for RFI, RFP and RFQ Understanding of FAR based U.S. government contract requirements for emerging technologies Experience working with technical products, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel with an emphasis on pivot tables Microsoft CRM (or equivalent) Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated negotiation skills Strong math and computer skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Ability to achieve accuracy when accomplishing tasks, minimizing errors, and boosting workplace productivity Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
include, but are not limited, to, the following:
Actively pursues the sale of support agreements to current and prospective SafeNet AT/Thales TCT customers Own and manage the complete maintenance renewals process to drive high retention rates and customer satisfaction Monitors the forecast of expiring agreements, contacts customer 60-120 days in advance of expiration, and provides a proposal for the continuation of their support Actively identify a list of lapsed customers to sell reinstated support Ability to draft moderate to complex non-routine maintenance renewal quotes Ability to develop customer relationships with federal government customers, resellers and VARs Maintain accurate customer data and renewal information in our CRM system Stay informed about product updates including End of Life and End of Support cycles to effectively communicate with our customers in the quoting process Other duties as assigned
