This role is responsible for driving people strategy, ensuring compliance, and building a strong, performance-oriented culture aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and training Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and strategic growth initiatives Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and applicable regulatory standards Develop and manage HR policies, programs, and budgets to support business objectives Oversee talent acquisition strategy, onboarding, and retention initiatives Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance management processes Administer compensation structures, benefits programs, and payroll compliance Drive HR analytics, reporting, and continuous process improvements Lead and develop the HR team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field ~7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership at the Director level Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices Experience in highly regulated environments preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills HR certification (e.g., SPHR) preferred Additional Details Full-time, exempt position Occasional travel required Exposure to standard office and operational environments Interested in hearing more?
